Location: Manchester (Fully Remote, with 1 day per week in office if required) – Trafford Park
Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 GBP (depending on experience)

Arj Global is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. We have multiple in-house products and are currently working on a medical project that requires a complete UI redesign — offering a great opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces, flows, and prototypes using Figma.
- Create branded marketing assets, social creatives, and visuals using Canva.
- Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts aligned with product and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and branding guidelines.
- Conduct basic UX reviews to validate user journeys and improve usability.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Proficient in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototypes).
- Good Canva skills for marketing and brand consistency.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into clean designs.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Based in Manchester and available to attend the office 1 day per week if required.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SaaS products, mobile app design, or dashboards.
- Understanding of front-end handover (Dev Mode, Inspect tools, etc.).
