Senior Product UX Designer / UX Lead ( Sweden)

Our client is seeking a senior UX professional to enhance both customer-facing experiences and internal coworker tools that support circular commerce initiatives. The role will focus on improving usability, desirability, and end-to-end journeys across digital products that enable resale, buy-back, and reuse programmes.

This role also plays a key part in co-driving product discovery, ensuring insights-led decisions that deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. We are looking for someone who shares a strong passion for sustainability and circularity.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data teams, alongside an internal UX contributor responsible for journey mapping and design direction.

• 6–7+ years of relevant UX / Product Design experience

Key Areas of Scope

• UX design and continuous enhancement of customer-facing circular commerce programmes (e.g. sell-back / resale experiences).
• UX design and optimisation of coworker-facing systems and processes used to evaluate goods, determine resale potential, and support operational workflows.
• Lead and support product discovery activities, generating insights that inform high-impact outcomes.
• Contribute to customer, coworker, and journey mapping to improve usability and service experience end-to-end.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong expertise in Product UX Design, from concept to delivery.
• Up-to-date understanding of digital trends and how they translate into human-centred solutions.
• Experience designing across multiple digital channels with hands-on execution capability.
• Proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data).
• Ability to work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Strong capability in Product Discovery, UX research, insights generation, and journey mapping.
• Solid grounding in human-centred design methods and design thinking practices.
• Experience measuring and articulating the business value of design.
• Ability to contribute as a UX subject matter expert in:
  • Brainstorming sessions
  • Design sprints
  • Human-centred design workshops
  • Co-creation activities
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Miro.
